Storyline
Plot Summary:James P. Sullivan (AKA “Sulley”) and Mike Wazowski pick up their paychecks at Monsters Inc., the utility company that generates energy from the goose bumps of children. Sulley, the No. 1 scream-generator at the plant accidentally lets in a little girl into the monster world. Since monsters are actually terrified of children it’s a major cause for alarm and a major headache for Sulley and Mike.

How do I put more games into my MP4 Player? [READ THE DESCRIPTION]? Hi, I just got a new MP4 Player. The front looks exactly like an iPhone except right above the button it says "Plardin 2822". Hello. My name is Sage and I am thirteen years old. I attend a community college and I just finished up my semester. I got Cs and Bs this semester. I’m failing at everything and I’ll never achieve anything – not like there’s anything I want to achieve. I wrote a novel. It’s 130 pages. I hate every last page. My "friends" hate me. I thought things would get better in the summer, but they didn’t. Everybody hates me and I want to die because I honestly don’t see anything on the horizon, or on either side. It’s going to be three months of misery, my happy mask, and crying without anybody hearing me because I’m just so damn lonely…there’s no one to talk to. Resolved Question: I have depression, OCD and ADD…and I’m confused? I don’t know what to do. I have only told one of my friends about my depression…but that’s it. Today at registration one of my friends a book seems like my type of book…i asked why and she said i always seems so strange and sad or something…and she mentioned the word depressed in there. I kinda droze at that moment…and my other friend (sitting next to her) did too. I shot her a look as if to tell her not to say anything. I don’t think I can trust my other friend. Anyway, at the end of the day in english everyone was stealing everyones books and all…(it happens occasionally) anyway i couldn’t be bothered to get my stuff back after a while. I got really annoyed with my friend at the end and called her a thief…but for some reason she took great offence to it. So now apparently she’s not speaking to me. She just makes it harder for me. She’s such a drama queen, she goes off in a mood at the slightest of problems sometimes and doesn’t give a damn about anybody else’s problems, which really annoys me! She doesn’t seem to care. Also, today she said the only friends I have are the ones in books…which in some way is true.
That kinda got to me because everytime I’ve had a friend they’ve abandoned me for some reason. I’m trying to hold on to these ones but it doesn’t seem to be working. Advice?
Open Question: Question about the whole phone call and first date thing? First things first, I’m an introverted science geek who has had maybe 4 dates in his lifetime. 90% of women my age are just too uninteresting and shallow, constantly flipping out their cell phones and having the attention span of a gnat. It’s so rare I find someone I can actually talk to and enjoy the conversation with, so I’m unfamiliar with the "rules" of the dating game.
Now I recently met a woman, and I’m talking the very definition of what a woman should be in my book. She’s outdoors-y, intelligent, attractive, has a strong will and thinks for herself, a true Queen. I told her she was irresistibly fascinating and that I would love to take her to lunch sometime, she blushed and thanked me for the nicest compliment she’s received in a long time, then gave me her number. So I called, we talked for a bit, and I asked if she was still interested in taking me up on my offer. She hesitated, was indecisive, and said she didn’t know when would be good to do so. We finished talking shortly after and she said she would talk to me later. By the way, she just turned 30 this past Friday, and I’m only 23, but I don’t really give a damn about age in general, though I suspect she may.
So now that you’re sick of hearing about this, I’ll pose the questions. Does the indecisiveness indicate that she isn’t interested, and if so why did she bother giving me her number in the first place? If she doesn’t call back, and I won’t see her over the summer, should I call just one more time later in the week or would that just make me seem pushy, therefore I should just move on? Finally, and this is for the ladies, why must women in general leave a guy hanging? If you don’t want to hang out with them, just tell them so. These ambiguous reply’s really do a number on some of our nerves. I’d rather you tell me straight to my face no then equivocate on the issue and leave my mind reeling in the is she/ isn’t she interested question.
Open Question: Why do we CONTINUE to give Miss California attention? I understand the whole scandal. I’m not an idiot! I saw it happen. But it’s over. SHE DIDN’T WIN THE DAMN PAGEANT!!!! First of all, we need to give Miss North Carolina the attention she deserves. She WON! This is her moment to shine, and I think she deserves better than this. (Even though I’m not a fan of the whole pageant thing) Secondly, this whole thing has gotten WAY out of hand. I honestly cannot believe all the continued media hype regarding, what is clearly a cat fight between a despicable "Blogger" and a "Beauty Queen". Regardless of your beliefs on the issue of Gay Marriage. These two individuals are CERTAINLY not my choice as "The Voice of America". Think about it people….A BLOGGER and A BEAUTY QUEEN. When it comes right down to it, the issue of Gay Marriage can be classified under more than one category. It can be considered cultural, some say fundamental, maybe even political. But with that said, there are REAL human emotions and heart felt concerns on both sides of this table that deserve more than a nationally publicized BITCH FIGHT between these two individuals.

Open Question: What do you think of my idea for a new government? A lot of the government will get its support from the jail system. My idea is for slavery to only be legal for those who defy the laws in the worst ways. Recycling will be enforced and the people who will manage the recycling processes will be the prisoners. The by products from the recycling will be contained and research will be done to find out how it can be recycled as well. The materials to be recycled will go towards help paying the taxes of the citizens under the government. The funds will go for waste management research rather than all of this senseless replay of unneeded warfare and weapons development. There will be super fertilizer made for to sell the farmers in giant heaps of land. Food, paper and other things that can help create a good fertilizer over time will be there. The plastics, metals and such once processed will be sold to companies. There will indeed be some taxes to pay and the same sort of health care that Canada has, so will this new government. This new government will have the people vote for each law individually by the means of the internet and networking. Pot will be legal, but drugs who cause more deaths will not be. Alcohol distributed must be purchased with a card similar to a credit card and only so much can each individual have. The legal drinking age will be 16, but moderation will be enforced. If you drop out of school, you will be a fugitive, unless you return before 2 years has passed. Secrets will not be kept from the civilians like in this government. All vehicles must be environmentally friendly. There will be "pot houses" like pubs for pot, you go here to mellow out you can only come here once every other day and the same card for alcohol must be used to keep track as well. Only someone who has pot for medicinal purposes can keep it at their home. Cigarettes will be outlawed unless all natural. Guns will be banned, if you have any real balls, use a damned sword! Bows, arrows and high powered slingshots will be used in hunting. Satanism will be outlawed, all other religions are alright with me. Christmas and Easter will be celebrated on another day,
The day it was originally celebrated will now be called gift day and The spring gathering. The actual Christmas and Easter did not happen when they are claimed to have happened, it’s a cover up and it disgusts me and many others. The power companies will be clean power providers, every house will have solar panel roofs and be hooked up in a group. Old people who are on life support will be let go from life support if they are suffering too much and papers must be filled out at a certain age to say if they would want otherwise. Population will be controlled. Marriage before reproduction will be enforced. If there is proof that an affair is going on between two people, the cheater or cheaters can be given a lawsuit and money will be taken from them, half given to the victim and the other half to the government. Rather than a president, there will be a king and queen, within the family the morals and values will be kept alive, if not, a revolt is inevitable, and so be it! There will be no rent for properties to be paid. The roads and such will be made from highly durable recycled material that can be repaired very easily with steam roller type machines. The law enforcements will be groups of bounty hunters who are not meant to kill their prey, but to hunt and capture, even if that means cutting their arms and legs off if they try to resist. Lie detectors will be present at all courts and a drug will be developed to counter those who have to ability to fool the lie detector. If you are going to court for speeding or something car related you can drive there if you have to and will be permitted a sort of special 2 day license for the trip, although, you must apply for it. This government will be neutral any only have trade with other counties and nothing else! The rights of free speech will be kept.
Gambling will be legal but many limits will be set. Prostitution will be outlawed. And there will be a limit to how many children each person can have before they are caught into a lottery for getting tubes tied or a vasectomy. There will be a limit to how much food can be bought based on pets and household. Vicious dogs will not be put to death, they will be put to work within the prison for extra guards. The payment for jobs will be to have a home to live and citizenship. A type of bonus credit will come to those who find a way to start a business. This will go into circulation and slowly change things a bit. The bonus credits can buy things that are desired rather than needed. Also this type of credit can be gotten other ways as well such as winning it as a prize or getting it in a trade. There will be three types of ways to get things, by limiting cards, bonus credits and trade. This does away with flaws based on poor moderation, makes it nearly impossible to be greedy and get everything easily at the same time. Thi

You don’t seem to understand my views on population control. Yes I know what kills, and something must kill to keep the population down to a minimum. Sure, pot kills, but just imagine, a possible murderer on pot, too mellow to kill. If someone or something is to kill, I’d prefer it to not be man directly to do the job. As I said, I was cut off. As for lie detecting, there is always a chemical composition to be discovered and I do believe that there is one that can better a lie detector test, it’s just not yet been discovered. As for the things relating to more crime, I have that handled. In order to appreciate the good in life, you need some bad in life to look at and compare. Without appreciation for what is good in life, you can not find happiness. As for the market, there would be stores from another country as well as family owned and government ones. As for having the land to make a government for, that is still in the early stages of how and where. If you have unmanned land, people will come.
Even if many of the rules are considerably unfair to some standards, there are still countries who have it worse and people would come right over in a heart beat. As for extra funds, and extra prisoners, let the other countries send the overflow of their prisoners.

Resolved Question: what should I do? should I break up with the man I love just because there’s no trust? I met one of my bf’s ex sex buddy. Then she text my bf and wrote "does she know about us". I text her back and replied" yes I know that you two used to have sex" and I also told her not to call/text him ever again. She promised me that she’ll never do it again. Okay so, 1 Month later I ended up pushing her & getting myself kicked out a lounge because she was calling/texting him again and he showed me. Next day she calls again. he tells her not to call him again because I don’t like him talking to his "past". At this point I’m wondering why is she calling so damn much. Is he leading her on? has something happened between the two while me and him where together?. So I guessed the password to his phone bill online and turns out she was calling him through out the whole summer. I confronted him and he says she’ll just call him and he’ll answer but nothing ever happened. I called her and she says "I haven’t worked for a year and I was drunk most of the summer, when I’m drunk I’ll call your bf, nothing happened though". I’m still not convinced so I make him call her 3 way and act as if i weren’t on the other line. Everything turned out fine. I still don’t trust him or her. I love him but I really can’t take this anymore. What are my options for getting a cardiovascular exam and treatment and how much do you think it will cost? I’m scared. I lost my job and wasn’t able to continue paying for COBRA after a few months. I really feel like I need to get my heart checked. I have familial high cholesterol. I’m only 30 years old. My total cholesterol was 370 (HDL was 60, which is good) about a year and a half ago. I took a fairly high dose of Lipitor for only a few months, and my total cholesterol went down to 188! I had lost about 15-20 lbs during this process, and I’m still at that weight. So, it’s about a year later now, and I have a pretty good feeling that the cholesterol is back up….My diet is generally better now than it was then, and I’ve started doing cardio on the eliptical machine, but it’s only been a couple weeks. So far, so good. I check my blood pressure regularly, and it seems to be OK most of the time. The highest I’ve seen my systolic is 140, but this is only once in a while. It’s usually between 115 and 130. My diastolic is usually pretty low. I think the highest I’ve measured it at was like 83. It’s frequently in the 70’s and I’ve even seen it dip below 70, but this isn’t the norm. My pulse is always high. I’d say that the lowest it goes is into the low 80’s, but I’ve only observed that a few times. Typically, it’s between 90-100. I think I’ve probably always had a fairly high standing pulse rate, so this might just be part of my physiology. We’ll see over the next few months if the cardio exercise lowers my pulse….I’m just wondering if my high pulse is correlated with my high cholesterol and/or plaque buildup. By the way, I also sweat easily, and I always have (along with the high pulse, this makes me wonder about thyroid issues, but I’ve had my thyroid checked before and it was "normal"). My grandma on my dad’s side had a couple strokes. My dad has high cholesterol, which is treated with statin drugs. He never goes off them. He’s done a nuclear stress test, and everythings checked out for him, so hopefully that’s a good sign for me. Other than my dad’s mom, I don’t think anyone in my immediate family has had cardiac issues. My mom’s cousin had a heart attack. I guess I never realized how good I had it when I had insurance….Even if I could afford to buy an "individual" plan, I doubt it would cover things like this. Basically, I’m stuck. I’m trying to figure out the cheapest way to pay for all of this out of pocket, if that’s even possible. There’s no way I could afford to see a cardiologist. If I get a checkup with a GP, it’ll be a couple hundred for that + the lab tests (I have no idea how much these cost) + the drugs + follow up visits. The drugs might be the most expensive part, however, I may qualify for patient assistance. I guess Pfizer is offering free Lipitor for the jobless. So basically, I’m looking for suggestions and opinions on the best way to go about getting treatment, and I’d like your estimates as to how much I can expect to pay for all of this. I am a person of little means right now. Thanks!

Storyline

One day a boy named jack lived in New York he was riding his motorbike and he was enjoying the wind in his hair and jumping BMX jumps until he lost control and he hit the ground with a thud. Six months later Jack is at the rehab centre and gets bullied because he is in a wheelchair and he was very depressed until Michael Jordan arrived and Michael gave jack a autographed and asked jack if he would like teach jack to play basket ball so jack said yes and so Michael and jack went out to the courts to play until jack said I can’t play cause I’m in a wheelchair then Michael said there is heaps of handicap players with disabilities and jack could not get the hang of it Michael said doesn’t matter son it takes time to learn . Every night at home jack would try and try and try but he could not get the hang of it he was so disappointed he gave up his mom called him in for dinner. In the middle of the night it was storming and a strut of lighting came through the window and struck jack he couldn’t feel his anything and he didn’t even wake up. The next morning he woke up and he had one more go at playing basket ball he said “if I can’t play this time I’m never playing the game again” so jack closed his eyes and threw the ball swish he opened his eyes and it went in he could not believe it so he kept on getting the ball in then jack went and signed up for the school basket ball team everyone laughed at him and he did not care because he knew he had a special gift. The coach said sorry mate we don’t let retards on the team now that really hurt jacks feelings so he grabbed the ball out of the coaches hands and threw the ball it landed in the hoop everyone was amazed at jacks talent the coach said “good on you son you have just made the team” jack was so pleased he said really the coach said no I’m not allowing you on the team and laughed at jack so jack rolled out of the stadium and asked a group of black Americans people if he could join their game they said sure you can have a go mate he was so happy that they didn’t even laugh at him he got the ball in again and again and again it was a miracle that he can play. He was asked if he could join their team in an international contest he said yes he was so happy. Until his parents said that they are moving to Australia coz we are getting evicted because your dad lost his job he was really disappointed to hear that so he didn’t come home that night he stayed at his team friend’s called Carlos house and the next day was the big day so he didn’t sleep all night he practiced all night until everyone woke up and saw I’m playing they said to jack chill out g your gunner waste all your talent c’mon we got a game to play so jack was in the changing room and he was spewing coz he was so nervous the team came in and made him feel better they said if we win this game we will win 500 thousand dollars that means you will end up with 45 grand he was so exited meanwhile his parents were packing the house to get ready to move jacks team was losing until jack saw a bolt of lightning threw the window he went for it and his team was 159 to 161 there was 10 seconds left and he magically got out of his wheelchair and slam-dunked the ball they won it was 162 to one sixty one p.g 2

Jacks parents were looking for the house they were going to rent but jack had not told them about the check he handed his mom the check and said mom you need this more than I do his parents were shocked that he had won this much money so they brought a house really nice house. His parents brought jack a new motor bike he never wanted to ride motor bikes again so he sold it and he brought a car it was a ford gt mustang he got it off eBay for $10.000 he had just turned 19 so he could drive it. He was watching TV until he saw a game called A.F.L (Australian football league) he wanted to join but he knew he couldn’t start off in the big shot so he signed up at the local footy club he didn’t know how to play the game he had only watched it on TV but at the end of the day he had got his first mark his first goal he was happy but he wanted to play more so he gave the coach his money to play and he got right into it 2 years went on he was the best player the town had known heed won awards to medals to even odd 50 dollars to 1000 dollars here and there until the season finished for that

Storyline
Plot Summary:Inspired by “The Canterbury Tales,” as well as the story of Ulrich von Lichtenstein, this is the story of William, a young squire with a gift for jousting. After his master dies suddenly, the squire hits the road with his cohorts Roland and Wat. On the journey, they stumble across an unknown writer, Chaucer. Is Chaucer’s Knight’s Tale a story of courtly love, or does it undermine the very idea of courtly love? We’re currently studying for our English lit exam, covering a selection of literature from 1300-1700. One of the texts we’ve been studying is Chaucer’s Knight’s Tale… And one element of that text has always confused me… our lecturer suggested that – whilst it may seem to be a traditional tale of courtly, transcendental love, etc. – it could also be seen as Chaucer’s subversion of those ideas. We never looked at enough medieval literature for me to be too familiar with the tropes of courtly love, so I’m not totally sure about it… In what way can it be considered a subversion of the "courtly love" ideal? Is it an absurdly exaggerated portrait of it? The way that these two men – cousins who have fought beside one another in battle – fall utterly in love with a woman who they happen to see out of a window, and then dedicate their entire lives to killing one another and claiming this woman? They know nothing about the woman— they just completely idealise her and dedicate everything to her. And they are made to look almost ferocious and animalistic in their fighting in a way which undermines the sort of… heavenly/platonic/idealised version of love that they appear to have for… Emilia (?)? Is that way off the mark? Or is it something about the idea that knights are presented in a more… "realistic", unpleasant way elsewhere in the Canterbury Tales, and that this portrayal undermines the hyper-idealised one in the Knight’s Tale? Sorry if this is a stupid question!

Funny thing is that Al Pacino’s devil was named after British writer during the Elizabethan Age, John Milton and his literary masterpiece was, Paradise Lost, which was about Heaven and Hell, Good and Evil, and the Devil and God. Whenever I watch it I think did the writer of the film purposely do this.
All were great performances hard to choose.

creepy eerie atmospheric movies? anybody know of any movies that have their own "atmosphere" to them..preferably scary…i mean movies that develop their own setting that is enough to scare the viewer without excess gore..
for instance sleep hollow- not the best movie but has a great atmosphere..anything else like that
even halloween has the opener where everything is so tense
other examples include the witches of eastwick (somewhat comedy-havent seen it in a long time but i remember it to be) and scream kind of builds up its own thing too and misery

Storyline
Plot Summary:In the not-so-far future the polar ice caps have melted and the resulting raise of the ocean waters has drowned all the coastal cities of the world. Withdrawn to the interior of the continents, the human race keeps advancing, reaching to the point of creating realistic robots (called mechas) to serve him. One of the mecha-producing companies builds David, an artificial kid which is the first to have real feelings, especially a never-ending love for his “mother”, Monica. Monica is the woman who adopted him as a substitute for her real son, who remains in cryo-stasis, stricken by an incurable disease. David is living happily with Monica and her husband, but when their real son returns home after a cure is discovered, his life changes dramatically. A futuristic adaptation of the tale of Pinocchio, with David being the “fake” boy who desperately wants to become “real”.
Both topics are quite controversial. I believe that both will be implemented in the future, we’ll have human clones and also AI with human or higher intelligence, with it’s own conscience. Let’s say that 20 years from now in the year 2030 humans on Earth face extinction because either clones or robots have turned on their creators. I’m talking Terminator style war, with the opposition having the upper hand. My question is, would you rather have clones or machines as the opposition? Which would you rather have as an ally as you battle to defeat the other? Although machines might seem the more powerful ally, this would mean that the clones would have machines on their side too. Machines also take more resources to produce, but are faster built than clones. Another con might be that clones are not easy to distinguish from humans. If, however, clones were still loyal to their makers, you would have less strength, but more in common with your allies, and clones have cheaper production, but take longer. So, who is an easier enemy, and who’s a better ally?

How does AI (Artificial Intelligence) work? AI as in Artificial Intelligence. For example the terminator bots. I know it isn’t that advanced yet but one day there could be. Anyways how does it work. I’ll be disappointed with "a giant database of answers" but if that’s the answer.

Triple major? Is it possible? So right now I would like to for sure major in Computer Science(Possibly head into AI) and Biology(Med School). I would also like to look into Film Studies, or Business Admin. I know they are all across the board, but is it possible? What is a good way to learn about the complexities of Artificial Intelligence? I want to learn how to make AI machines. I know that it has not been gotten even close to what it should be but we are going to change that and I want to know why it is taking so long for us as the human race to figure it out. Mathematica the program at this point is of not much use to mean since I am not very efficient in calculus and quantum physics. Even a specific computer or program will do. Why won’t my Teacher believe me!? It was P.E, and my english teacher took it ’cause our P.E teacher was away, I couldn’t take part because, I pulled a muscle in my leg at running the day before. She played sport too, so she left her coat at the table. That was fine. When she went to get her jacket after the bell rang, she was crowded by people asking her questions about the exam and her phone fell out of the pocket, so I took it and gave it back to her. Next day I went to school, I was sent to the office like 5 times, because she claims I took it from her pocket and looked through it. And I think the principle is buying her story more because she’s a teacher and I’m a pupil. I told them both the truth and apologized about if she misunderstood anything, "But she keeps saying I’m not buying it." All the teachers keep coming up to me and saying "That’s very dissapointing, what a stupid thing to do." I feel tomorrow the same is going to happen, so what should I do. Plus, this teacher made up a letter thing that she gave to the principle and I said that what I said was true, but I think she misunderstood what I was saying because I’m foreigner and where I came from we say things differently or at least phrase words differently. It’s really annoying!!! :@

Storyline

Need help with Lego Indiana Jones? Two things I need help on…first, in Temple of Doom, Battle on the Bridge, there is an artifact behind a steel wall, but the water gets you before you can get near it. How are you supposed to get the artifact before the oncoming water does? Two, there are certain spots on the ground on levels where there are what look like multi-colored flowers that are sparkling on the ground (you can spot on in Raiders on Into the Mountains just before you go into the ice cave, one at the first Thuggee statute…) what exactly are these things? Do they do anything? Do you need a certain character to use them. Any help would be appreciated
