Storyline

Plot Summary:Lester and Carolyn Burnham are on the outside, a perfect husband and wife, in a perfect house, in a perfect neighborhood. But inside, Lester is slipping deeper and deeper into a hopeless depression. He finally snaps when he becomes infatuated with one of his daughters friends. Meanwhile, his daughter Jane is developing a happy friendship with a shy boy-next-door named Ricky who lives with a homophobic father.

Let’s face it- we live in a society prejudice to gays. And when Adam Lambert’s pictures were posted online, he- unofficially- came out of the closet. My question is- who thinks this affected the American Idol contest? Adam Lambert, in my opinion, was the obvious better singer. Kris was good, but in more of the Jason Mraz way, not the American Idol way. It was mostly a beauty contest, not a singing contest. However, I am not hammering Kris Allen fans. Perhaps they are not ready for the awesomeness of Heavy, high-pitched, Led Zeppelin- style rock that Adam has. But perhaps that some Lambert fans left him because of his orientation. Christians are saying that being gay is sinful, but, as Jesus said, "The one without sin may cast the first stone" What are your thoughts on this? Because I think this may have affected, causing Kris to win, instead of the much-more-deserving Adam Lambert.

Are you happy with the American Idol results, or was Kris Allen just a beauty contest?
Personally, I think that Adam Lambert deserved to win much more. He had been my favorite since the auditions in San Diego, and I’ve watched him grow and grow. Every since I saw Kris, in the Top 36, (ironically in the same episode as Adam) I thought of him as second class… I thought he’d get the boot LONG ago. I think that the only reason Adam lost his title was because of his orientation, and those pictures leaked online. If Adam was straight, however, he’d probably have won. What do you all think of this? Because I am personally dissapointed. Oh well. I’m still going to buy all of his CD’s.
And COME ON! Kara’s song wasn’t THAT bad! Adam even said after he sang it on performance day- "Thank you so much, it was a beautiful song!" Then again, he may just be being noble. Kris didn’t even say "Thank you" right! He was like "Oh thanks. OMG THIS IS SO COOOOOL!" Adam would be like "Oh my god, Thank you! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!!!!!" He’s more polite and more deserving. Theatrical people tend to be nicer.

If Camilla Belle had an older brother, which one of these guys is perfect as her bro?
I know this is a strange question, but it would really help if you answered and explain why. I know Camilla Belle is an only child, but say, she has an older brother. An incredibly overprotective older brother, say, quite athletic and popular among girls because of his good looks. I need a movie that will blow my mind.?
Im looking for a good movie (preferably a psych movie) that will just be extremely intriguing or entertaining. I already plan to watch "american beauty" after a recommendation. Some of my favorite movies are as follows: Let the right one in, Requiem for A Dream, Suicide Club, Pi, Unbreakable, Oldboy, Audition, Sympathy for Mr./Mrs Vengeance, 25th Hour, The Fountain, Grindhouse, Children of Men, The Fountain, The Dark Knight, Memento, Fight Club, Donnie Darko, Pulp Fiction, Kiss kiss Bang Bang, Fallen, No Country, Kill Bill, Garden State, Shaun of the Dead, Ghost in the Shell, Pan’s Labyrinth Anything similar to these would be amazing. It can be foreign, anime, anything. please try not to link a bunch of current movies that ive likely seen

American idol is not a beauty pageant, but a SINGING COMPETITION lol but i wanted to say that they BOTH won, adam won more than kris, kris won american idol, adam won the future top hits
